Personnel Change of Representative Director, President and CEO

The personnel change has been resolved at the Ordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors held yesterday with the retirement of Representative Director, President and CEO, Fumihiro Koba from his current role effective March 31, followed by the appointment of Kazunari Sakata as the role effective April 1.
